About us

Treveria invests in German commercial real estate, with a primary focus on retail assets. The Company has a diversified property portfolio of 450 properties valued in excess of €2.2 billion, generating a rental income of circa €153 million per annum*.

With the investment phase of its strategy complete, the Company is now focused on an active asset management programme in order to extract maximum value from the portfolio.

Treveria plc is a holding company incorporated in the Isle of Man. Its board of directors is chaired by Christopher Lovell. The other non-executive directors are Rolf Elgeti, Michael Neubürger and David Parnell.

The Company listed on London's AIM in 2005. The Company is listed under the ticker TRV.LN.
