Treveria invests in German commercial real estate, with a primary focus on retail assets. The Company has a diversified property portfolio of 370 properties valued at €1.4 billion*.

With the investment phase of its strategy complete, the Company is now focused on an active asset management programme in order to extract maximum value from the portfolio.

Treveria plc is a holding company incorporated in the Isle of Man. Its board of directors is chaired by Rolf Elgeti. The other non-executive directors are Jeffrey Strong, Eitan Milgram, Nicholas Cournoyer and Graham Smith.

The Company listed on London's AIM in 2005. The Company is listed under the ticker TRV.LN.
