Treveria Asset Management

On 2 December 2008 Treveria plc appointed a wholly owned subsidiary of Treveria plc as Asset Manager. Treveria Asset Management Limited (London) and Treveria Asset Management GmbH (Frankfurt) provide a complete Asset Management function to the Non-Executive Board of Directors of Treveria plc and the property owning subsidiaries. These companies operate under a rolling asset management agreement terminable upon three months notice; for these services the Asset Manager receives an annual fee of 0.40% of Gross Property Asset Value.

Christoph Maichel

Chief Executive Officer

Christoph Maichel was appointed CEO of Treveria Asset Management GmbH in February 2012. Before joining Treveria he was President of "International Business Academy" and CEO of "Officient, S.A.", both in Guatemala City, which provide language, shared service centre, and consulting services. His consulting engagements were focused on service industries and included several projects in the international real estate business. Prior to this he worked with Guatemala's biggest cement company "Grupo Progreso" as Head of Strategy. Earlier in his career Christoph was employed by DaimlerChrysler, Enron and Accenture. He holds a Master of Business Administration (Dipl.Kfm.) from the University of Mannheim, Germany, and a Master of International Management from ICN, Nancy, France. He served in Guatemala as director of the German Chamber of Commerce, the BPO Commission and a private relief organization.

Karl von der Lohe

Property Director

Karl von der Lohe joined Treveria Asset Management GmbH as Senior Asset Manager in July 2009. Karl has more than 14 years retail property experience having previously worked for retailers, agents and landlords. Prior to joining Treveria, Karl held the position of Head of Asset Management and Leasing for City-Projekt Immobilien GmbH. Karl was made Head of Asset Management and a Director of Treveria Asset Management GmbH in August 2009 where his responsibilities are focused on the daily management, asset strategy, development and disposal programme for Treveria's property portfolio.
