Eitan Milgram is a Portfolio Manager and Executive Vice President at Weiss Asset Management LP, where he has worked for the last ten years. He graduated summa cum laude from Boston University where he won the Prize for Excellence in Economics. Eitan has served on the board of directors of thirteen publicly listed companies, advising a number of businesses on corporate restructurings.
Jeffrey Strong
Non Executive Director
Jeffrey Strong is a senior investment professional at QVT
Financial LP, focusing primarily on global special situations.
Previously, from 2001 until 2005, he was an analyst at
Shenkman Capital Management, focusing on high yield
bond investments. Mr Strong has an MBA from the College
of William & Mary, a Bachelor’s degree from the University
of Missouri and is a CFA charterholder member. Mr Strong
currently serves as a Director of Texas Petrochemicals
Incorporated and is a member of the Nomination Committee
for Fornebu Ultvikling.
Graham Smith
Non Executive Director
Graham Smith is a Chartered Accountant and an Isle of Man resident. He is currently an Executive Director of IOMA Fund and Investment Management Limited, the administrator to the Company. He has over 25 years financial management experience primarily in the life assurance and investment funds sectors, much of that in cross-border business in continental Europe. He is also a non-executive director of the property funds East Balkan Properties plc and Trinity Capital plc.
David Malpica
Non Executive Director
David Malpica aggregates over 12 years of real estate principal investments experience and is founding and managing partner of Kewbridge Capital Limited, advising and investing alongside institutional and private investors in real estate linked special situations, distress debt and equity transactions across Europe. Prior to founding Kewbridge Capital Limited, he was a director at Carval Investors (formerly Cargill Value Investments), responsible for origination, execution and management of direct and indirect opportunistic real estate, distress and structured loan investments across Europe, with a special focus in Germany and Spain. Prior to joining CarVal, Mr. Malpica was head of corporate development/M&A for Fondo de Valores Inmobiliarios, a portfolio company of Sam Zell's Equity Group of Chicago, with focus on opportunistic office and retail investments. He has a degree in mechanical engineering from the Universidad Simon Bolivar, Caracas, Venezuela and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, Cambridge, Massachusetts.
