Treveria Asset Management
On 2 December 2008 Treveria plc appointed a wholly owned subsidiary of Treveria plc as Asset Manager. Treveria Asset Management Limited (London) and Treveria Asset Management GmbH (Düsseldorf) provide a complete Asset Management function to the Non-Executive Board of Directors of Treveria plc and the property owning subsidiaries. These companies operate under a rolling asset management agreement terminable upon three months notice; for these services the Asset Manager receives an annual fee of 0.40% of Gross Property Asset Value.
Michael Neubürger
Chief Executive Officer
Michael Neubürger, is an independent real estate financing and transaction consultant. Prior to which, from 2001 to 2007, he held senior positions at, and was latterly Chief Financial Officer on the Board of Deutsche Wohnen AG, Germany's second largest listed residential property company. He was responsible for financing, sales, portfolio management, accounting and risk management. Before joining Deutsche Wohnen, he held various senior financial control positions at Deutsche Bank from 1995 to 2000. Mr Neubürger has a Diplom-Kaufmann in Economics from the University of Cologne.
Dr Bernhard Fuhrmann
Chief Financial Officer
Dr Fuhrmann has extensive experience in the real estate industry, as well as corporate reporting and investor relations, and most recently acted as an independent consultant working on mergers and acquisitions for lending banks and other financial institutions. Between 2006 and 2008 he worked for Commerzbank AG as chief operating officer of the commercial real estate division, founding a real estate private equity business. Prior to that he was head of finance, controlling and tax at Eurohypo AG, where he managed the integration of the finance divisions of three merged mortgage banks. Between 1997 and 2001 he held a number of roles at Deutsche Bank AG.
Karl von der Lohe
Property Director
Karl von der Lohe joined Treveria Asset Management GmbH as Senior Asset Manager in July 2009. Karl has more than 14 years retail property experience having previously worked for retailers, agents and landlords. Prior to joining Treveria, Karl held the position of Head of Asset Management and Leasing for City-Projekt Immobilien GmbH. Karl was made Head of Asset Management and a Director of Treveria Asset Management GmbH in August 2009 where his responsibilities are focused on the daily management, asset strategy, development and disposal programme for Treveria's property portfolio.
