Asset management

DAMIAN WISNIEWSKI
Damian Wisniewski was appointed Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the asset manager engaged by Dawnay, Day Treveria from March 2008. He is now a director of Treveria Asset Management Limited with overall responsibility for finance and accounting. From June 2005 to February 2008, he was Chief Operating Officer at the Wood Wharf Limited Partnership prior to which he spent 13 years at Chelsfield plc, initially as head of finance and latterly as group Finance Director.

CHRIS KINGHAM
Chris joined the Dawnay, Day Group from Cushman & Wakefield in 2005 and has worked exclusively for Dawnay, Day Treveria since its IPO. His responsibilities included the acquisition and asset management of the property portfolio. Chris subsequently joined Treveria Asset Management as Property Director in September 2008 where he is responsible for the acquisition, asset management and disposal programme of the Company assets.
