Josef (Yossi) Raucher

Non Executive Chairman

Yossi Raucher is an analyst at Weiss Capital LLC. Before joining Weiss, Mr Raucher worked for five years at McKinsey & Company in its Private Equity and Financial Institutions Practices, where he advised multinational companies on international strategy development, operations and investment due diligence. He has an MBA from Columbia Business School, as well as an LLB in Law and a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Tel Aviv University. He currently serves on the board of directors of Clean Energy Brazil, which is quoted on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. 

Christopher Lovell

Non Executive Director

Christopher Lovell qualified as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1979. He was a Partner with Theodore Goddard until 1993 when he set up his own legal firm. In 2000 he became a partner in Channel House Trustees Limited which was acquired by Capita Group plc in 2005. He is currently a Director of Capita Trustees Limited and its associated companies and sits on the Board of other property funds including Yatra Capital Limited, Aseana Properties Limited, Public Service Properties Investments Limited, NR Nordic and Russia Properties Limited, EMAC Illyrium Land Fund Limited and EMAC Illyrium Land Fund II.

Rolf Elgeti, CFA

Non Executive Director

Rolf Elgeti, has six years' experience in the German commercial and residential property investment markets during which he has been responsible for acquiring and managing a portfolio of assets exceeding €100 million for clients. He is currently Managing Director at Elgeti Ashdown Advisers Ltd, a London-based property fund manager specialising in German property, which he co-founded in April 2007. Prior to Elgeti Ashdown, Mr Elgeti worked as a European macro analyst and equity strategist focusing on Germany at UBS, Commerzbank Securities and ABN Amro. He was twice top-ranked for European Equity Strategy in the Extel survey among institutional equity investors. Mr Elgeti graduated with an MBA from the University of Mannheim, Germany, and received an MBA from ESSEC, Paris, in 1999.

David Parnell

Non Executive Director

David Parnell is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a Member of the Securities Institute. He worked at Baring Brothers from 1994 to 2006 and has eleven years' experience in corporate and mutual fund administration, specialising in property funds and alternative investments. Mr Parnell works and resides in the Isle of Man.

Jeffrey Strong

Non Executive Director

Jeffrey Strong is a senior investment professional at QVT Financial LP, focusing primarily on global special situations. Previously, from 2001 until 2005 he was an analyst at Shenkman Capital Management, focusing on high yield bond investments. Mr. Strong has an MBA from the College of William & Mary, a bachelors degree from the University of Missouri and is a CFA charterholder member. Mr. Strong currently serves as a director of Texas Petrochemicals Incorporated and is a member of the Nomination Committee for Scandinavian Property Development.
